Job Description
We are seeking an Analyst to join our IP Enforcement Team to protect our brand, stories, products, and experiences from infringement and counterfeiting. The successful candidate will thrive on finding creative ways to protect our IP and help drive consumers to authentic, authorized consumer products and events.

Requirements

  • Proactively analyze global online marketplaces, social media, and standalone websites for infringing products and events
  • Identify and investigate large-scale infringement trends and high-value targets for deeper legal action
  • Field and file trademark and DMCA copyright violations using third-party tools and platform-specific programs
  • Verify the authenticity of suspected counterfeit products, coordinating with internal stakeholders as needed
  • Educate customs officials and law enforcement agencies on Netflix’s product lines to facilitate seizures of counterfeit goods
  • Develop and manage data-driven systems to track enforcement metrics and report on global trends
  • Maintain and optimize our evidence archives and legal databases, including WebTMS
