Job Description
The Analyst Lead, Learning Systems is responsible for managing and promoting the proper functioning of the Learning Management System (LMS) on a global scale. This role will recommend, inform, oversee, maintain, and implement strategies to achieve consistency of approach and global adoption, analyze new releases, and troubleshoot problems as the primary ABS representative with the LMS provider. The position will also leverage Microsoft Power Platform tools to enhance reporting and automate workflows.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Management Systems, Instructional Technology, or Computer Science, or equivalent work experience with LMS implementation and administration.
8-10 years of previous experience with LMS, preferably in a global organization
Minimum of eight (8) years in project life cycle, project planning, general design, requirements definition and analysis, system testing, production support and training.
Excellent planning, organizational and oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced environment individually and as part of a team.
Ability to identify problems and recommend and/or provide solutions.
In-depth knowledge and experience of a System Administrator with Cornerstone on Demand (CSOD) learning products.
Proven knowledge of LMS APIs.
Prior major system experience of transitioning from one cloud application to another.
Proven knowledge of MS Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
Interpersonal skills sufficient to handle routine and non-routine business matters.
