The Analyst will be responsible for delivering client services, executing high-quality data-related projects, and adhering to quality control standards. This role has current Hybrid Workplace flexibility local to our Detroit, MI office location.
What You Will Do
The Analyst will plan, organize, and develop client-requested reports, deliverables, and projects on time, adhering to client specifications. They will design, create, and manage client databases, accurately perform application coding and testing functions, and track, process, and analyze data to improve accuracy and quality.

Requirements
- University degree required
- Technical degrees are required (i.e., engineering, applied math, statistics, applied science, information systems, operations research, computer science, etc.)
- Minimum of 0-2 years related work experience preferred for Analyst level
- Verbal Communication: Requires the ability to compose and verbally deliver information of varying levels
- Written Communication: Requires the ability and capacity to communicate ideas, facts, and data in writing
- Analytical Thinking: Requires the ability to understand a situation by breaking it apart into smaller pieces
