Role OverviewWe are seeking a Analyst, Mission/Quality Assurance to become a key part of Operations Quality Team. The team assures product and process quality with an emphasis on Product Compliance, Customer Satisfaction and Continuous Improvement. The role is part of the Operations Quality Team at Raytheon, the world's largest aerospace and defense company.
What You Will Do
Inspect hardware assemblies, baseline factory metrics, engage MFG DPT teams, perform process walks, lead APQP initiatives, identify supplier escapes/issues, and perform verification and validation of improvements.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) or other technical field of study, and less than 2 years prior relevant related experience. The candidate should be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance.
