Role OverviewThe Network Strategy Analyst will maintain supply chain modeling to support the growth strategy of the Ross distribution and transportation network. They will develop, maintain, and improve the Company's dataset supporting supply chain activities.
What You Will Do
Manage weekly/monthly reporting, complete analytics/modeling to support strategic planning, and work with Transportation to provide analyses and network optimization.

Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive experience in supply chain consulting, distribution or transportation reporting roles or related experience
- Experience with distribution center operations, network optimization, or strategic planning a plus
- Requires high level of confidentiality
- Must be advanced/expert with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- A detail oriented professional, who is thorough and circumspect in planning and reporting
- A keen analytical thinker, able to work through and present logistical and financial based analyses
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, to present analysis and optimization results
- A high energy, self-motivated individual, who can be successful in a fast-paced environment
