Job Description
Payroll Analyst role at GEODIS, administering payroll, financial monitoring, and reporting, communicating actuals and trends, and collaborating with HR Service Center.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years relevant experience and/or training
PC proficiency to include Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience with UKG, WFM or Oracle HCM Fusion preferred
Knowledge of Federal, State and Local Tax
Understanding of payroll concepts, practices, and procedures
Knowledge of Federal and State payroll regulations
Ability to read and interpret financial documents and procedure manuals
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
Ability to speak and present data findings before groups or employees of an organization
Ability to identify key indicators and deal with complex problems involving several concrete variables
Ability to multi-task in a fast pace and high-demanding environment
