Job Description
Payroll Analyst role at GEODIS, administering payroll, financial monitoring, and reporting, communicating actuals and trends, and collaborating with HR Service Center.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience and/or training
  • PC proficiency to include Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience with UKG, WFM or Oracle HCM Fusion preferred
  • Knowledge of Federal, State and Local Tax
  • Understanding of payroll concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Knowledge of Federal and State payroll regulations
  • Ability to read and interpret financial documents and procedure manuals
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Ability to speak and present data findings before groups or employees of an organization
  • Ability to identify key indicators and deal with complex problems involving several concrete variables
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast pace and high-demanding environment
