Job Description
The Analyst, Process Improvement develops or enhances applications and reports for the Allocation department. They are key player on the project team as the technical analysts developing their skillset to become an expert in design, build, and implementation of the project solution.

Requirements

  • Independently create or enhance tools and reports using a variety of software and programming languages
  • Create technical designs that meet immediate project requirements, and support future growth
  • Deliver project builds that are as free of significant errors as possible
  • Learn new technical skills through formal training and independent study
  • Employ technical problem solving to overcome design or build challenges
  • Work with project manager to plan and prioritize personal workload
  • Collaborate with a variety of staff both within and outside of the project team
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff
  • Influence direction of projects through verbal communication
  • Translate requirements into clear technical designs
  • Partner with fellow Process Improvement team members as needed and regularly share knowledge amongst the team

Benefits

  • Base salary range $68,640 – $97,450
