Role Overview

The Analyst, Procurement Operations will work in a collaborative environment to support the Mayor's Office of Contract Services (MOCS) in optimizing the procurement process. The role involves reviewing and assessing procurement submissions, evaluating compliance with the City Charter and Procurement Policy Board rules, and assisting with solicitation development and system releases.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include reviewing and assessing complex procurement submissions, evaluating compliance with the City Charter and Procurement Policy Board rules, and assisting with solicitation development and system releases. The role also involves supporting the design and implementation of system releases for the Procurement and Sourcing Solutions Portal (PASSPort) application and working with the technical team to continuously improve the PASSPort and HHS Accelerator applications.

Requirements

  • A satisfactory equivalent combination of education and experience
