- Thorough data compilation and program tracking experience
- Thorough knowledge and experience reporting with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Thorough knowledge and experience in organization and delivery of training with high degree of presentation delivery skills
- Thorough knowledge and experience of policy/procedure writing including coordination of any project
- Thorough knowledge and experience in benchmarking and documentation mapping
- Thorough knowledge and experience of regulatory Quality Systems (TCCA, FAA, etc), Quality Assurance interpretation, methodology, and techniques
- Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
