Role OverviewThe Analyst Trainee is part of an Advance Hire Analyst Training Program, in which trainees receive real-world hands-on experience, with the goal of career advancement within 12-24 months. Support issue resolution, manage projects, prepare reports, and analyze data using project management and Agile principles.

Develop strategic problem-solving, quantitative analytics, and communication skills through use of information, data, analytics, ingenuity, and empathy in innovative ways to deliver technology-driven solutions.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in related field required
- One (1) year of customer service experience preferred
- Proficient in current industry standard PC applications and systems (e.g., Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Good analytical, organizational, problem solving, verbal, and written communication skills to effectively prioritize multiple assignments
- Ability to make decisions within the scope of responsibility where operational guidelines/procedures are non-existent
- Ability to work independently or within a team environment
- General understanding of project management and/or Agile delivery process
