Analytical & Reporting Analyst

What You Will Do

Perform a wide range of analytical assignments, resolve recurring issues independently, and present findings in clear formats. Analyze project financials, budgets, and schedules to support decision-making.

We're looking for a highly motivated and skilled Analyst with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, and experience in project controls, cost analysis, and financial analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a Business-related field, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a similar discipline
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, algorithms, and other analytical functions
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Word
• Experience supporting projects in one or more of the following areas: Substations, Transmission & Distribution (T&D), Gas-Hydro, or OSG
• Prior experience in project controls, cost analysis, financial analysis, or project reporting preferred
• Ability to interpret financial data, budgets, and schedules with a high degree of accuracy
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative
