Role OverviewThe Analytics & Automation Lead will play a key role in helping HDR leverage data, reporting, and automation to improve operational effectiveness and support data-driven decision-making. The role combines analytics, workflow automation, solution design, and business partnership, requiring both strong technical skills and the ability to translate complex business challenges into scalable solutions.
What You Will Do
As an Analytics & Automation Lead, you will lead the planning, design, development, and support of enterprise Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models. You will create intuitive visualizations that transform complex data into meaningful business insights and executive-level reporting, and develop reporting solutions and KPI dashboards that enable stakeholders to monitor performance and support operational and strategic decision-making.
