Requirements

  • Research, design, and prototype new metrics and measurement frameworks that inform content strategy and investment decisions
  • Build dashboards, analytical tools, and self-service products that make measurement insights accessible to stakeholders
  • Partner with data scientists and business partners to operationalize measurement research
  • Conduct exploratory analyses on content performance, member behavior, and metric validation to inform strategic decisions
  • Drive metric development end-to-end-from concept development through validation, senior leadership presentations, documentation, and stakeholder education
