Requirements

• Extensive experience on mega-projects, particularly large pipeline or energy infrastructure developments
• Proven experience planning and constructing workforce camps that support large construction programs
• Demonstrated capability managing the full lifecycle of remote camps, including construction, operation, relocation, and demobilization
• Strong background in logistics and sustainment planning for large remote workforces
• Significant experience operating in Arctic, sub-Arctic, or extreme cold-weather environments
• Experience supporting 24-hour construction operations in remote locations
• Minimum 15+ years of relevant construction, infrastructure, or project management experience, including leadership roles
• University degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience
• Strong understanding of construction planning, project controls, cost management, and contractor oversight
• Ability to troubleshoot complex challenges and implement practical solutions aligned with project goals
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and contractors across remote project locations
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information and recommendations to senior leadership
• A collaborative leadership style with a focus on team engagement, safety, and operational reliability
