Job Description
This position works with departments across UT Southwestern and is responsible for subject matter and technical expertise for designing, implementing, and supporting solutions across PS HCM, with a focus on HR employee job and position data, Commitment Accounting, and Manager Self Service (MSS). Additionally, this position will serve as the Commitment Accounting lead responsible for full integration with the Financials system (PeopleSoft FSCM) and a complete understanding of basic accounting principles and compliance requirements for Texas State Higher Education Institutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or other related fields
  • 5 years business systems and/or project experience with exposure to systems or project development and testing, installation, and training
  • Ability to analyze business systems and procedures to produce complete end-to-end solution designs to enhance efficiency and maintain data integrity
  • Ability to work closely with the technical team to translate complex functional specifications into technical solutions and create test cases and regression scenarios
