Job Description
Anesthesia Technician supports the department of Anesthesia by preparing equipment and supplies for surgical cases, maintaining a clean and safe workroom, and restocking carts and equipment. Assists with various types of surgical operations, providing technically skilled duties and serving as a first assist.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 5 years of experience preferred
  • Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing
  • Knowledge of anesthesia equipment and medical terminology
  • Ability to lift/push/pull 100 lbs
  • Ability to stand, walk, and bend/stoop frequently
