Job Description
The University of Alabama at Birmingham is seeking an Animal Health Technician I to assist in routine veterinary care of laboratory animals, provide research and technical support, and maintain animal health records and inventory of supplies.
Requirements
Graduate from an accredited American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) technologist program
Two (2) years of related experience
Active Veterinary Technician Certification/Registration/License is preferred
American Association for Laboratory Animal Science (AALAS) at the Assistant Laboratory Animal Technician (ALAT) level is desired
