Role Overview

An answering service representative will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, and resolve customer problems with accuracy and efficiency. The role requires prolonged periods of sitting, frequent use of a computer and telephone, and the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.

What You Will Do

Manage large amounts of incoming calls, type 45 wpm, identify and assess customers' needs, build sustainable relationships, and provide accurate information.
