Role OverviewThe Assistant Department Manager supports service, selling, and business operations to achieve an engaging and inspiring store environment. This includes fostering community amongst the team through continued education on brand and store initiatives.
What You Will Do
Acts as a brand representative, leads by example in upholding a service culture, and supports the store leadership team to promote unique customer events. Participates in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding, and utilizes brand resources to champion employee development.
