Role Overview

The Anticipated Social Studies Teacher will develop and implement lesson plans, present subject matter, and establish classroom management procedures. The teacher will work with students, parents, and other professional staff members to assess and help students resolve health, attitude, and learning problems. The teacher will also participate in the development of the system for evaluating the principal and keep accurate records of student information.

What You Will Do

The main day-to-day responsibilities of the Anticipated Social Studies Teacher include developing and implementing lesson plans, presenting subject matter, establishing efficient classroom management procedures, and evaluating student progress. The teacher will also be available for counseling with students and parents and will participate in the development of the system for evaluating the principal.

Requirements

  • ability to follow specific instructions with little or no previous experience
