Job Description
The Employee Experience Trainer will play a key role in executing all aspects of the employee experience systems within Dallas ISD, including training and communication for the teacher mentor program and central staff leadership development systems.
Requirements
Lead critical conversations regarding novice teacher support with senior members of School Leadership, Academic Services, Human Capital Management, and campuses.
Improve understanding of events, expectations, and requirements of early career teachers in Dallas ISD.
Identify, design, and facilitate training for lead mentors and mentor teachers.
Identify, design, and facilitate training for central staff leaders.
Monitor novice teacher and mentor teacher feedback and evidence collection across campuses.
Assist in the planning and execution of employee recognition programs.
Support transition for experienced teachers entering Dallas ISD from other districts.
Support the successful implementation of the Distinguished Teacher Review process.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Education Leadership.
Master’s Degree from an accredited university.
3-5 years in education experience.
Leadership experience with a school district preferred.
