What You Will Do
Conduct antitrust due diligence in connection with mergers and acquisitions, assess deal-related and conduct-related antitrust risks, and lead the antitrust review process.

Requirements
- 2–4 years of relevant antitrust experience advising corporate clients on antitrust laws and regulations
- Experience with pre-merger antitrust due diligence and risk assessments
- Strong knowledge of current antitrust laws and regulations
- Experience with Second Request compliance
- Experience defending corporate clients in government antitrust investigations conducted by the FTC, DOJ, and/or state authorities
- Thorough understanding of the government antitrust investigation process
- Admission to the District of Columbia Bar required
