Antitrust Of Counsel Attorney to work on sophisticated antitrust and competition matters for leading corporations, financial institutions, and other high-profile clients.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in antitrust and competition law
  • Experience with government investigations, internal investigations, and enforcement proceedings, and/or complex civil antitrust litigation
  • Strong experience handling discovery, motion practice, and complex case management
  • Experience representing clients before federal and state courts as well as government enforcement agencies
  • Excellent legal writing, analytical, advocacy, and communication skills
  • Strong judgment and ability to manage sophisticated matters independently
