The Antlers Food & Beverage Manager oversees daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strong financial performance, and a positive team culture in the Antlers Lodge Steakhouse.

Requirements

  • 2+ Years of proven fine dining leadership experience in a freestanding restaurant concept
  • Strong focus on service training, coaching, and elevating overall dining experience
  • Experience developing revenue-generating promotions and activations
  • Ability to build community presence and increase restaurant visibility through social media and local engagement
  • Strong understanding of guest engagement, repeat business, and relationship-building
  • Operationally strong with labor management, financial accountability, and execution
  • Ability to lead from the floor and actively coach service teams in real time
  • Wine, cocktail, and upscale dining knowledge preferred
