Role OverviewAs an A&P Mechanic III, you will lead routine maintenance projects, mentor junior mechanics, and perform complex diagnostics and repairs independently. You will work in a team environment, collaborating with other departments to ensure efficient workflow and staying updated with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Active, current Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification with no prior FAA violations
- Reliable transportation to and from work locations
- Ability to understand and interpret applicable technical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, manuals, and/or publications
- Advanced skills in repairing, maintaining and/or troubleshooting aircraft airframes and engines
- Ability to speak, read and write in English
- Prior experience within FAA Part 91 operations
- An active Secret U.S. Security Clearance
