Role OverviewWe're looking for an experienced Assistant Maintenance Technician who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. In this role, you will assist with completing daily service requests for residents, support the team with unit make-readies and apartment upgrades, and perform general maintenance.

Assist with completing daily service requests for residents, support the team with unit make-readies and apartment upgrades, perform general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and pool repair/upkeep.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 Years apartment maintenance experience in the multifamily industry
- Valid HVAC License
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. individually and up to 100 lbs. with assistance
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
