Role OverviewAssist with completing daily service requests for residents, support the team with unit make-readies and apartment upgrades, perform general maintenance, and provide exceptional customer service.
What You Will Do
Perform general maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and pool repair/upkeep, work closely with the Lead Maintenance Technician on assigned projects, and participate in the on-call rotation.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 Years apartment maintenance experience in the multifamily industry
- Valid HVAC License
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliances, pools, and general repairs
- Strong troubleshooting and time-management abilities
- Personal set of basic hand tools
- Willingness to work on-call as scheduled
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
