Role OverviewWe're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Manager who can oversee leasing operations while supporting the daily functions of the community. In this role, you will lease apartments to maintain strong occupancy and contribute to revenue goals, manage rent collection, and assist with accepting move out notices and service requests.
What You Will Do
Lease apartments, manage rent collection, prepare reports, and assist in maintaining an active social media presence to increase visibility and generate traffic.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 Years previous experience as an Assistant Manager in the apartment industry with strong leasing experience
- Strong sales and leasing skills with a proven ability to close
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Professional demeanor, appearance, and work ethic
- Flexible schedule – some weekends are REQUIRED
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
