Responsibilities include leading the maintenance team, managing work orders and preventative maintenance, and ensuring all maintenance activities are performed in accordance with MMG Management's policies and applicable regulations.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Technical certifications (e.g., HVAC, EPA)

- Technical proficiency in maintenance trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances)
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent time management and task prioritization
- Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Clear, professional verbal and written communication
- Basic computer literacy (work order systems, email, inventory tracking)
