Role OverviewLead, train, and guide maintenance staff throughout daily operations, complete and oversee service requests, and maintain organized inventory. Requirements
- Minimum 2 Years Previous Experience as a Maintenance Technician in multifamily housing
- Valid HVAC Certification
- Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation
- Stable work history
- A personal set of basic hand tools
- Proven ability to coach, train, and lead service technicians
- Strong organizational, troubleshooting, and time-management skills
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotation
