Apartment Leasing Agent

We're looking for an experienced and energetic Leasing Agent who is self-motivated, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. In this role, you will lease apartments to maintain high occupancy and strong leasing performance, provide exceptional customer services to residents and prospects, and generate new traffic through outreach efforts and community engagement.

What You Will Do

Stand, greet, qualify, and close prospects with professionalism and enthusiasm, verify applications, process leasing paperwork, and ensure accurate documentation, host resident functions and contribute to maintaining positive resident relations, create and maintain the property's social media presence to drive traffic and engagement, support the Property Manager and/or Leasing Manger with daily operational tasks, and represent the community with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Why It Might Be a Fit

To be successful in this role, you MUST have minimum 2 Year(s) previous experience leasing conventional apartments, strong sales and leasing skills with a proven ability to close, excellent customer service and communication abilities, a positive attitude, flexibility, and a polished and professional appearance, flexible schedule – weekends REQUIRED, social media or marketing content creation experience strongly preferred, stable work history, valid driver's license and reliable transportation, and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.
