Apartment Leasing Agent

As an Apartment Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for leasing apartments, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive resident relations. You will work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and be part of a company that values your experience and expertise.

What You Will Do

Your main responsibilities will include leasing apartments, verifying applications, processing leasing paperwork, and ensuring accurate documentation. You will also provide exceptional customer services to residents and prospects, generate new traffic through outreach efforts and community engagement, and host resident functions.

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ Year(s) previous experience leasing conventional apartments
• Strong sales and leasing skills with a proven ability to close
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• A positive attitude, flexibility, and a polished and professional appearance
• Flexible schedule – weekends REQUIRED
• Social media or marketing content creation experience strongly preferred
• Stable work history
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
