What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include leasing apartments, verifying applications, processing leasing paperwork, and generating new traffic through outreach efforts and community engagement.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 Year(s) previous experience leasing conventional apartments
- Strong sales and leasing skills with a proven ability to close
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- A positive attitude, flexibility, and a polished and professional appearance
- Flexible schedule – weekends REQUIRED
- Social media or marketing content creation experience strongly preferred
- Stable work history
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
