Role OverviewWe're looking for an experienced and energetic Leasing Agent who is self-motivated, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. As an Apartment Leasing Agent, you will lease apartments to maintain high occupancy and strong leasing performance, provide exceptional customer services to residents and prospects, and generate new traffic through outreach efforts and community engagement.
What You Will Do
Stand, greet, qualify, and close prospects with professionalism and enthusiasm, lease apartments, verify applications, process leasing paperwork, and ensure accurate documentation, provide exceptional customer services, generate new traffic, host resident functions, and create and maintain the property's social media presence.

Requirements
- Minimum 1+ Year(s) previous experience leasing conventional apartments
- Strong sales and leasing skills with a proven ability to close
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- A positive attitude, flexibility, and a polished and professional appearance
- Flexible schedule – weekends REQUIRED
- Social media or marketing content creation experience strongly preferred
- Stable work history
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
