Role OverviewAs an Apartment Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for leasing apartments, providing exceptional customer service, and generating new traffic through outreach efforts and community engagement. You will work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and be part of a company where your impact truly matters.
What You Will Do
Your main responsibilities will include leasing apartments, verifying applications, processing leasing paperwork, and supporting the Property Manager and/or Leasing Manager with daily operational tasks.

Requirements
- Minimum 1+ Year(s) previous experience leasing conventional apartments
- Strong sales and leasing skills with a proven ability to close

- A positive attitude, flexibility, and a polished and professional appearance
- Flexible schedule – weekends REQUIRED
- Social media or marketing content creation experience strongly preferred
- Stable work history
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
