What You Will Do
The main responsibilities include leasing apartments, managing rent collection, accepting move out notices, and maintaining an active social media presence. The Leasing Manager will also support managerial duties, coach and develop the Leasing Agent, and work collaboratively with the Property Manager and onsite team.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 Years previous experience as an Assistant Manager in the apartment industry with strong leasing experience
- Strong sales and leasing skills with a proven ability to close
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Professional demeanor, appearance, and work ethic
- Flexible schedule – some weekends are REQUIRED
- Social media or marketing content creation experience strongly preferred
- Stable work history
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
