Apartment Leasing Manager

The Apartment Leasing Manager will oversee leasing operations, manage rent collection, and provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospective renters. The role requires a strong sales and leasing skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a professional demeanor.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include leasing apartments, managing rent collection, assisting with move out notices, and maintaining an active social media presence. The Leasing Manager will also support the Leasing Agent and work collaboratively with the Property Manager and onsite team.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Assistant Manager in the apartment industry, strong leasing experience, and a proven ability to close. A flexible schedule, social media or marketing content creation experience, and a stable work history are also preferred.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 Years previous experience as an Assistant Manager in the apartment industry with strong leasing experience
• Strong sales and leasing skills with a proven ability to close
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Professional demeanor, appearance, and work ethic
• Flexible schedule – some weekends are REQUIRED
• Social media or marketing content creation experience strongly preferred
• Stable work history
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
