Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of maintenance technician or related experience
- Exceptional customer service skills

- Proficiency in property management systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
- Calm, professional problem-solver who thrives in a fast-moving environment
- Familiarity with Entrata or other property management software (i.e. Yardi, OneSite)
- Familiarity with MS Office
- HVAC or EPA certification preferred
