Apartment Maintenance Manager

We are hiring an Apartment Maintenance Manager for our apartment community in Daytona Beach, FL. The Maintenance Manager will lead and develop a team of 1+ direct reports, provide exemplary service to residents and team members, and manage all aspects of property maintenance.

What You Will Do

Manage all aspects of property maintenance, including vendor relationships, service staff, preventative maintenance, apartment turns, and resident service requests. Lead and develop a team of 1+ direct reports.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience with technical maintenance and facilities management in the property management industry.
• 1-3 years of experience leading a team of people in customer service and asset maintenance.
• A reliable mode of transportation.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, 7-day work weeks (depending on community needs and seasonality), and on-call shifts (at least one week a month).
• Comfort with physical activity as you must be able and willing to move heavy equipment and machinery.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
