Job Description
We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to work onsite at our apartment community in Lantana, FL. Maintenance Technicians will help as many residents as possible each day using industry leading technology. They will provide excellent service to residents and assistance to team members, follow AIR’s process for completion of basic apartment turns, and complete resident requested repairs and routine maintenance.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in some form of facilities or building environment
  • Proficient skills in at least two technical trades (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, carpentry, etc.)
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, 7-day work weeks (depending on community needs and seasonality), and on-call shifts (at least one week a month)
