What You Will Do
Knock out work orders and preventive maintenance with care. Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances. Keep common areas clean, safe, and welcoming. Provide helpful, friendly support during resident interactions. Participate in on-call rotation when your community needs you most.

Requirements
- Maintenance know-how across multiple trades (HVAC certification a plus)
