Job Description
Apartment Service Tech II at Windsor Kingstowne in Alexandria, VA. Successful candidates will have intermediate competency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, and carpentry. Must be available for on-call shifts and have experience with multifamily residential or commercial maintenance.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience with multifamily residential, commercial or hotel maintenance
  • EPA Type II certification (or ability to become certified within 90 days)
  • CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification (or ability to become certified within 90 days)
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some weekend work and on-call rotations
