Role OverviewThe Apartment Maintenance Technician will be responsible for completing resident service requests and preventive maintenance tasks, ensuring property grounds are well-groomed, and performing after-hours duties in rotation with other Maintenance personnel.

The successful candidate will complete tasks such as reconditioning vacant units, performing basic repairs, and responding to resident requests to ensure 24-hour emergency service.
