Job Description
Role Overview

Perform light construction work and custodial functions, including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work, to ensure apartment units are move-in ready. Work in a team environment with a focus on customer service and confidentiality.

What You Will Do

Remodel and repair work, custodial work, and other duties as assigned. Complete and record work order information using computer skills. Possess certification or apprenticeship in areas of maintenance, such as electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of apartment maintenance experience, direct customer service experience, and a strong focus on professionalism, confidentiality, and customer service. Additional knowledge/experience in computer skills, certification, or apprenticeship in areas of maintenance is desired.
