Role OverviewPrepare and restore vacant apartments for new resident move-ins, performing minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance and repairs. Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure timely unit turn completion. Uphold safety, quality, and cleanliness standards throughout the community.
What You Will Do
Perform tasks such as changing bulbs, replacing light fixtures, inspecting locks, and completing interior and exterior painting and caulking. Assist with grounds upkeep, including trash pickup and pressure washing.
