Role OverviewThe Apartment Make Ready Technician will prepare and restore vacant apartments for new resident move-ins, perform minor maintenance and repairs, and uphold safety, quality, and cleanliness standards throughout the community.
What You Will Do
The technician will perform tasks such as changing bulbs, repairing appliances, inspecting locks, and completing interior and exterior painting and caulking. They will also assist with grounds upkeep and work closely with the maintenance team to ensure timely unit turn completion.

Requirements
- Prior apartment make ready experience REQUIRED
- Basic carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and construction repair abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- A personal set of basic hand tools
- The ability to lift 40-50 lbs
