Role OverviewPrepare and restore vacant apartments for new resident move-ins, perform minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance and repairs.
What You Will Do
Repair or service items such as sinks, showers, appliances, cabinets, doors, and fixtures, change bulbs, replace light fixtures, switches, outlets, and damaged hardware, inspect locks, keys, and weather stripping, re-key or repair as needed.
