Role OverviewThe Property Manager is responsible for maintaining maximum occupancy of the property, controlling expenses, and staying within the property's operating budget. They will also be responsible for rent collection, delinquency/collections, resident satisfaction/retention, maintenance issues, and upkeep of the grounds and office areas.
What You Will Do
The Property Manager will perform daily inspections of the property, demonstrate and lease apartments to prospective residents, process lease applications, renewals, and terminations, and develop and implement tenant retention strategies.

Requirements
- College Degree or commensurate Affordable Housing Property Management experience
- NCP, NCP-E, C3P HCCP, CAM or attainable within twelve (12) months of employment or upon request for completion
- Valid Driver's License and reliable private transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience in LIHTC Multi-Family Property Management with demonstrated ability to deliver financial results
- Strong background in managing diverse types of multi-family communities- including LIHTC, HUD and market – rate projects
- Experience in budgeting, revenue enhancement and expense control
- Strong track record of successful personnel management
- Strong knowledge of LIHTC regulations and compliance
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Proficiency in property management software Yardi Voyager and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively
