Role OverviewThe Apartment Property Manager will oversee daily operations for a 340-unit conventional community, leading and managing onsite team members, and driving leasing performance through strong sales and marketing strategies.
What You Will Do
The Property Manager will report key performance indexes, manage rent collection, investigate and resolve resident concerns, conduct routine property inspections, and ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company procedures.
