Job Description
We are seeking a Service Manager to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our apartment community. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in apartment maintenance, 2+ years of supervisory experience, and technical training in relevant fields.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Minimum 5 years of experience in apartment maintenance or a related field
Minimum 2 years in a supervisory/leadership role
Technical training or certifications in relevant fields (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical) preferred
